Northstar will work with your management and staff to assess your current recycling objectives and design a program that generates a valuable, quality commodity on a consistent basis. Northstar takes full responsibility for implementing the program and refining the process to meet established objectives. Consultation continues throughout the life of the partnership as our staff continuously monitors and reports on the quality of your product output against established benchmarks and intervenes to improve the processes continually.

Analysis
Northstar relies on over 100 years of experience and support from a library of information and industry contacts to design a recycling program that exceeds industry standards. Once a metric is established to monitor the program, Northstar will evaluate the success of the recycling program on a continuous basis, refining the benchmark as the program advances.

Training - program benchmarking, monitoring & refinement
Northstar will commit time, effort and personnel to train your management team and employees on the processes of sorting, grading and categorizing your scrap generation into a valuable commodity. Training continues throughout the life of the partnership as our staff educates new employees, "alternate" employees who substitute for regular staff and refresh management and staff if it is evident through our analysis of output that the program is not having the desired effect.

Equipment installation
The Design Phase will determine your capital equipment needs. Northstar offers an extensive line of recycling, storage and transportation equipment as well as the training necessary to provide your employees the competencies required to safely operate the equipment.

Logistics management
Northstar can meet all of your shipping and storage requirements and manage both loose and baled material through Northstar Disposal services. Our warehouse can manage the baling of loose materials or receive your fiber pre-baled.

Marketing
Northstar's brokerage services will ensure greater stability for your secondary fibers through its long term relationships with mills and end users throughout the world. Our reputation for providing the highest quality product translates into strong partnerships with both our suppliers and customers and creates a ready market for your recyclable material.
